I came to the State in 1985 with my parents and my father works with a company. At the time we didn't know about the legal procedure to stay in the state . Once my parents started the paper at the time I was 16 yrs and I had to go back to France to finalised my paper and the聽 denied it since I turn 21 at the time. It was very hard to deal with this situation.

This is to make a short story of my life.

Ok.聽 You can consider applying for an F-4 visa if your brother(s) are willing and able to sponsor you.聽 The wait time can be up to 10 years, as they are limited each year.聽 Otherwise, you would have to seek out another visa you may be eligible for.
