Ministerial approval

Hello everyone

Im new member here and I would greatly appreciate some advice.

can anyone please tell me if they have applied for Ministerial approval to purchase more than one acre of freehold land?

I Have found a 5 acre property with a house on it and am wondering how hard the approval process would be or should I just keep looking for a one acre property?

Please note that you do not need Ministerial approval to purchase land or property in Fiji.
