How to get medication?

Hi all, I'm a newbie馃憢 my husband and I are british and have lived in NZ for 14 years. Looking at Vanuatu to retire but just had a horrible thought about how to get medication? Any advice would be lovely. Thank you 馃槉

Most medications are available here at the chemists but would depend if it is a special medication.聽 There are 6 chemist in Port Vila that would order in for you if they do not carry in stock.
