First, thank you very much for the answer it was super helpful, but i am still confused about 2 things:

1. I see many universities saying that they require DNI for registration, but i can only聽 get DNI once i am registered and admitted and arrive at Argentina. So this seems really counterintuitve.
2. I realize that my secondary education certificate must be validates as equivalent by the Directorate of National Validity of Titles and Studies, but is there a way to know before i apply for validation so that i do not loose all this time and instead apply for another country i am sure to not get validates and also does this Directorate still exist after milei abolished the ministry of education.

I forgot to ask another thing and that is:

1. If i arrive in argentina as a student can i get a DNI and how long does the process take after i land because i am not sure some people say you get it and some say you do not.

hey i found this it says that i will need to take a "Formaci贸n Nacional" any idea about this

I suggest you start contacting any/all of the universities in the links I gave, and ask them your questions directly - they are much more likely to know than anyone on this forum.
