-- When will your current CRNM expire?

-- What year was your current CRNM issued?

-- Is the person that you plan to marry now a Brazilian citizen?

As long as both you and your fianc茅e are free and eligible to marry聽 -- that is, you have legal proof of your divorce, and she either never was married or is divorced and has legal proof - you should be able to get married at a cart贸rio and not need to get a new CRNM聽 until you renew in 2031.

I didn't mean to be unkind at all.聽 I have been married once to a Brazilian.聽 The day we got married, I realized and could not ignore anymore (mainly through the energy shift in my spouse) that it was, for sure, a "green card" marriage.聽 It lasted 9 months and took 2 years to unwind.聽 So, just a little background on why I am happily single.聽 Not quite ready to dip.聽 my toe in the marriage pool yet.
