Hello Julien and thank you for this invaluable service! I am David and I currently reside in Arizona but am exploring various countries to possibly partially or fully retire to. I am interested in Cuenca, Ecuador but have just started earnestly to explore. I am a healthcare provider with a doctorate, an MBA, and a Juris Master (I hope they help somewhere!). I am trying to learn Spanish but it's a slow go.
