Medical Practice in Ecuador - HIV Specialist

We are looking to move to Ecuador and are considering doing so before I retire, my spouse is already retired. I am a physician assistant board certified in HIV, transgender care, and family practice. Are there any other medical providers on these forums who could discuss practicing in Ecuador?

I want to move to Cuenca but I have HIV.聽 My two medications are聽 Isentress and Lamividine.聽 My insurance covers my meds here but down there is a whole different scenario.聽 Any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate.聽 I am Scotty from Oregon ***
