Room for rent in Miraflores from 6th of June

We are currently renting a room in a safe and nice neighbourhood in Miraflores. We are located close to the Ovalo Gutierrez, the Malecon and the Parque Kennedy. There are several restaurants, gymnasiums, bars and supermarkets nearby.
Currently there are eight people(from the US, France, Germany, Peru etc...) living here.
The room is furnished and you will share the common areas. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a living-room with cable TV and a terrace with a BBQ area. In the monthly rent all services such as water, electricity and internet are included.

We are looking for a clean and responsible person, who is studying or working here in Lima and who wants to stay for a few months.
