I am of Spanish origin but I don't speak the language (I was raised by a French woman).
I would like to settle far from big cities.
I am looking for a rental house with a garden.
I need to know if the cost of living is lower than in France and if the charges are also lower (gas; electricity; water and taxes
housing).
