My name is Michel Toupin and I live in Quebec. The goal of my approach is to live permanently in Ecuador. I don't know which region would be favorable, but I would like to be very close to the sea. I have been retired from Hydro-Qu茅bec since 2009. I love the outdoors and cooking.
