Hey.. I was there in 2013 and it was genuinely the worst city in Vietnam. It looked the poorest but somehow the prices were not low. Prices in the bigger neighbouring city Vinh were lower with 20x more to do. And even Vinh I wouldn't recommend. ... Read More
