No u need an exit visa otherwise you will not be able to leave the country. Exit visa can be issued easily by the employer. It's just one piece of paper and you take it with you to the airport. Read More

ICEAT is one of the better contracting companies in KSA. I'm told they pay on time. Only issue is the female accommodation isn't the greatest and it's kinda far from the Uni. Check out the forums on Dave's ESL Cafe for more info. Read More
