I lived in Tana until 1993 and left for Reunion Island to stay there until 2009; I like it yes!! as I returned to tana every 3 months for my work, I didn't see the difference, if since I am always on vacation in tana than in Reunion. From 2009 to 2014, I returned to tana and that's when I felt the difference.
