HI. Originally from the UK but first moved overseas to work in 1998, first Vietnam with a little bit of Thailand, then off to Saudi Arabia. Eventually i settled back in Thailand permanently where i have been for over 10 years full time. I have spent the last 19 years working in Real Estate sales, consultancy and such like. I do not only get involved on the selling side, but also i am often asked to help create floor plans, rental programs, finance packages and all the other facets developers offer. I have always based my work on honesty, if you do not like it, do not buy it. I also do my own level of Due Diligence on developers so to a great extent i can direct people away from the higher risk sites, safe guarding so far all my clients investments with a 100% success rate. I very much enjoy interaction with others, especially on this kind of basis. I enjoy it in many ways but one of them that stands out is the fact i feel that i am genuinely helping some one to realise a dream in finding them the exact home they want without any risk of them losing their money to cowboys etc. I am very proud to say i have many clients who are now good friends based on the fact that they actually enjoyed working with me in finding their home and learnt about me as a real person not a salesman. With some blogs on here i hope i can do the same for some of you.
