@ajairon My wife no longer has Family in Vietnam and isn't listed on any family book. Because of this, she hasn't been able to get her citizenship. That means I can't get a TRC (it would be nice). Read More

@qnbui...I agree that the passport needs to be renewed first as the VEC is linked to the passport. I'm looking for the actually method (or legal process) of completing the procedure without leaving Vietnam (or Southeast Asia). Read More

I would talk to your credit card company. They may suggest cancelling those cards and send you new ones directly to Vietnam. I contacted my company (in Canada) ahead of renewal date. They treated my request like a lost or stolen card. They ... Read More

thinking of adding SSD and new RAM to my old Jap NEC but im afraid that newer protcols/ puter lingo maght make it useless for teaching on line. Its about 8 years old , good spec i5, 4 gb but only 150gb ROM Wanna update but afraid its just too old ...

LibreOffice and OpenOffice were built from the same base. I would say that LibreOffice is a little more polished, but they both work great. Read More

I would recommend testing Linux Mint. It's very small compared to Windows and runs well on older systems. Should work great on an I5. You can download the program and burn to CD or USB and test it without installing on your system. I ... Read More
