There are many realty sites who acts as developers and resellers of Albanian realty. But actually they all seems freezed or, you know, to have very low interests to do something. Looks totally lazy. I e-mailed more then 15 agencies, but no one(!) ...

What a problem if you have married on an albanian citizen aready? Maybe you just lie... Anyway you can get visa in embassy and after living about 5 years you can pretend for a permanent living there. Read More
