Hello, I am from Belgium, I worked for more than 20 years in the restaurant, tavern, (indoor) sector. I also worked as a telephone operator, I also did sales training in Belgium. I would like to know if in Spain, with a food truck, you need access to the profession like in a restaurant. I would like to make a French specialty there which does not exist anywhere in Spain but which I keep secret regarding the product.
