Teacher in general high school for almost 20 years.
The level of maturity of the students which allows for real exchanges of ideas.
Not much. Except that teaching is exhausting. Time passes, I am less and less 20 years old while the students are still 15 years old.

As Albert Londres said, there are two types of people: those who have furniture and those who have suitcases. After having known the time of suitcases, we have known the time of furniture. It's suitcase time again.
Started in primary and nursery, continued in middle school, it has continued in high school for around twenty years.
I found my balance by teaching high school. Very personal point of view, but which emerged after teaching at other levels of national education. Be happy where you are and do what you love.
