My expat journey

Tay Ninh, Vietnam
I live with my partner in the countryside about twenty minutes from Tay Ninh. I participate in family tasks and help in the management of 3 hectares of fruit trees
Currently looking for a job in Tay Ninh or Ho Chi Minh
I love nature but I also feel good with people around me. Sociable, I integrate easily even with Vietnamese people despite the difficulties of understanding
The sometimes exhausting heat

Cannes, France
Study of IT in a family website design business. Preparing for a marriage that ultimately did not work out
Computer study followed by work as an advisor in a large tableware store dedicated to individuals and hospitality professionals
I liked working in this store, quite a few interesting meetings with both suppliers and customers.
I don't really like the local people who never show their true colors and lie all the time. The south of France is an artificial place where everything is false, even the inhabitants

London, France
After my BTH diploma obtained in July 1997, I left for Sonning on Thames, a village a few kilometers from Reading (1 hour from London). I worked until 1998 at the French Horn Hotel, a luxurious establishment before arriving in London.
Thanks to my BTH, I could easily work in the hotel industry as a waiter but also as a cook, the reception didn't really appeal to me at that time. During the 4 years spent in England, I stayed in the luxury hotel sector, Hotel Russell Hotel, Holborn Hotel, the White house. I felt at ease in the kitchen behind a stove as well as in the dining room serving customers.
I loved the nightlife in London, the friendly atmosphere of the pubs but also discovering another culture, a little different from French culture. International meetings allowed me to enrich myself on a personal level
I didn't really like the weather, rainy, humid and hot in the summer.
