@mikehunter its my udnerstanding that indeterminado is only given if at your subsequent renewal you will be 60. Otherwise if you are a permanent resident you have to renew every 9 years... and not leave the country for more than two years at a time. Read More

@jonesio based on my experience, it's if you will already been 60 at the time of your next renewal. I'm 51, almost 52 and they gave it to me as indeterminado this time around. I've been a permanent resident for more than 40 years now. Read More
