@callonafo Because in Brussels..the rule is different and in flanders the rule is DIFFERENT.FLANDERS REQUIRES computes test etc..Brussels DOES NOT require it. But for applying in Brussels, you need to RESIDE IN BRUSSELS. Read More

@Han25 You can wait..just make sure that your card is valid on return date. Usually the A card is valid for 2 years for flanders..ie u apply after 4 years. But a card is valid till 6 years..so..its ok Read More
