Hello, I come from France and I am in the middle of an immigration application for Quebec, it's been 8 months and I still haven't received anything in response? still don't have the CSQ in hand to then make the request at the federal level??? What file must be filed for the federal government? Is it normal for it to take this long?? Thank you for your answers.
