About
Of Portuguese origin, I lived in France from 1966 to 1996, a country in which I did all my schooling and my first steps in professional life.
after having done a tterminal a and passing my BEP as an equipment electronics engineer. By the circumstances of life, I found myself in the building in the field of waterproofing and cladding around the years 1986 some time after having noted my ease in reading plans and my ability in human relations I was offered a position as surveyor within the company, which consisted of making measurements on plans, layout , quantitative and descriptive of the quotes. The work at the time was flourishing
and the company developing rapidly subsequently I was offered the job of works manager which in fact was only a logical continuation of the work of quantity surveyor assuming responsibility for calls for tenders and leading me back to the site, for meetings and for personnel management.
Being a responsible person and concerned about respecting his compromises, I have thus somewhat neglected family life due to unavailability.
So one day I decided to change the course of things and go to live in Portugal for a new adventure.
Not wanting to leave the company in difficulty, I trained a young person within the company for 2 years to take over (he is today a works manager in a large company in the Rhones Alpes region)
So I moved to Portugal to run a construction and real estate development company.
The economic crisis in recent years has somewhat modified my plans,
Things have become complicated and I am therefore looking for other opportunities knowing that my determination, my knowledge and my experience will be a major asset in this new adventure.
