French, originally from 91, three years ago, I settled in the North of Portugal in Guimaraes because my wife, Portuguese, was born and spent her youth in this town and we had land on which we only had to build. In February 15 we are moving to Albufeira where we have acquired real estate and will alternate our residence between the North and the Algarve. I am still working and am lucky to be able to work remotely from wherever I am as long as I have telephone and internet. So I often spend part of the winter in Brazil but not this year. I only ask to know residents in the French-speaking or Portuguese-speaking Algarve. We speak Portuguese and French.
