I worked abroad in different countries for several years but I had to stay in Belgium for family reasons in recent years. I recently stopped my activities (business manager) and I am retired. my daughter and her children have lived in north carolina for over 3 years, she is married to an american citizen, she works but does not have us citizenship. Could someone give me information for my administrative procedures? I would like to move to NC by the end of the year
