Background: I am currently working as a Technical Manager for Excellerate JHI on the Sanlam portfolio. I have recently rendered my resignation and is currently working my two months’ notice. Excellerate requested that I assist them with another month, part of my conditions was that I give a two-week notice period. Availability is 20 days. The reason for my resignation is the lack of growth within the organization. Experience: Been actively involve with Preventative maintenance scheduled and life cycling replacement of plant and equipment. Implementation of essential power saving and backup power initiatives. Responsible for all capex projects to the value of R 249 000 000.00. Implemented saving initiatives across the portfolio i.e. running consumable and other tenders.
