Housing in Addis

Hello, we're Hungarian family living in the USA, and considering to move to Addis for work.

We're looking for housing (apartment or house) in a safe compound where other expat families live.

If you can recommend such compound and districts, and maybe some broker for rental with good references, that would be a great help for us.
