Returning to this as it's still a valid point.

Answers on the open forums can help everyone who reads it, even non-members, but answers by private message are only useful to one person.

Apart from that, sending PMs so much, regardless of your true intentions, comes over as suspicious.

This being a mutual help forum, helpful open forum posts are always best.
