Want to work Singapore but I'm already banned

Hi
I am babu from tamilnadu, india. Last 4 years I was worked in Singapore as a site supervisor holding with s pass. But unfortunately I was attemed drunk drive accident case without people injury only with property damages , and I was punished 5 days jail terms and banned to enter singapore. Now I want to work back in Singapore. My employer already applied visa to ICA for me. But ICA rejected. So please help me what should I have to do now to get back working visa . how can I contact ICA please help me
