聽 Sometimes a fine is deserved, doesn't excuse the police from being dirtballs. Ever seen someone get a ticket for driving the wrong way? or on the sidewalk endangering people? or speeding in the city? or recklessly? I haven't. Ever seen a crew of men in yellow NOT just hiding around corners harassing the major lawbreakers, the ones who fail to use turn indicators, and helmet-forgetters? Looking for the easy fines in the shade, not making the streets safer.
