EASTER 2023 will bars and restaurants/excursions be open?

Hi. Got a weekend away without the children coming up in Easter 2023, 8th - 11th April. I know it's Easter weekend, can anyone tell me if bars and restaurants/excursions will be open? Not so worried about shops. Many thanks.
