What is the lifestyle like in these cities, for expats and locals?

What are the different neighbourhoods like? Are there more affordable areas?

Do you have any experience living in any of Montenegro's most expensive cities? What was it like?

Hello Priscilla,
the entire coast is expensive such as Budva,Kotor and Herceg Novi,but in every town you can find both expensive and less expensive apartments for rent, grocery stores etc. It's the same for Podgorica. In some famous boutique , for example New Yorker , Bershka or OVS you can find an extremely expensive clothes or something on seasonal sales T-shirts for only two euros.
