Atlantico Bank for D7?

Ola. I'm curious if anyone here has successfully used聽[link under review]聽to meet D7 Residency Visa application requirements for a Portuguese bank account.聽

I've read Atlantico allows DIY remote account opening from the US, and they have monthly account fees of only 2.99 euros (compared with 15 euros/month at another commonly used bank.)聽 Just wondering if this is an acceptable option for D7 approval, and if Atlantico's service is satisfactory. Muito obrigada.聽
