Certified Electrician for Potencia Upgrade

I need to find a Certified Electrician to upgrade my potencia to 10.35.聽 Supposedly there is a list of them on the DGEG site, but I haven't been able to find it.聽 I am in Lisbon.聽 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your electricity provider would normally know whom to contact for this. If it is EDP then they even have English speaking people to contact.

When I search for "Eletricista certificado Lisboa" on the internet, I get lots of results. Have you tried some of the companies?
