隆Hola! Acabo de pasar un a帽o viviendo en Par铆s, Francia, y realmente considero que Francia es mi hogar. Estoy de regreso en California con planes de regresar a Francia a m谩s tardar en 2016.

Crec铆 en el sur de California y he vivido aqu铆 toda mi vida.
Estudiante desde hace mucho tiempo, aunque reci茅n graduado (隆s铆!). Ahora trabajo como librero y pronto ser茅 au pair en el extranjero.
El sur de California realmente tiene el mejor clima. Puede que me queje de ello, pero es porque nunca he vivido en ning煤n otro lugar. Invierno = clima en los 60's y verano = clima en los 70's altos/80's bajos. Es absolutamente hermoso y las playas son maravillosas. Me siento muy bendecida de vivir en una zona como esta.
Si bien es hermoso e interesante, no hay una historia muy profunda detr谩s de este lugar. Todav铆a me encanta, pero tambi茅n me encanta c贸mo en lugares con una larga historia de civilizaci贸n, casi puedes sentir el pasado en el aire. Eso no sucede aqu铆.

I'm gaining work experience so I can find a job in Paris and move back within the next few years.

The weather in California is hard to beat, always pretty nice year round. The beaches near where I live are great (oh yeah, and I live close to the beach). California produce is wonderful. Things are open 24/7
It can be very superficial. So much energy is spent focusing on how people look, exercise (nothing wrong with that, but when it's an obsession that's not good either), and eating "healthy." Also, there isn't much history or culture.

I was an au pair in Paris. Paris is my heart home, and I am at my happiest when I live in Europe.
Au Pair
The city is simply magical, and not necessarily in the cliche ways. It has so much history and culture, and quite simply, I love it. It's not perfect, but it's perfect for me.
I had to use the RER, and I hate it. Still want to move back to Paris, but I hate the RER. Also, it can be difficult to find places to buy groceries at night and on Sundays.
